I found out about this lunar hair cutting chart thanks to my girls at

When I was a little girl, my mother would only cut or wash our hair based on the moon phases, because she thought it promoted healthy hair and growth. I thought it was hooey but, yall know Mamma knows best ;)
Since I got my haircut on the 13th vs. the 14th I hope that doesn't inhibit my optimal growth this month. Does anyone use this guide?
